In January, Allied Valve delivered its new Technician Level 1 training course, which was designed for both beginning and experienced technicians as well as salespeople. The course covers a wide range of topics, including specific measurement and repair techniques, proper safety procedures, and professionalism.
Level 1 technicians are trained on:
- Safety and quality control
- Assembly and disassembly of manual and control valves
- Valve testing procedures
- Nondestructive testing procedures
- Valve inspection techniques
- Shop and field operation
